An airplane Journey to Ohrid, Europe
Looking out the airplane window, you see Ohrid has a rather excellent long runway at the airport; capable of handling commercial airlines.
Before we land, lets fly in this airplane toward the town/city, and look at the historic ruins.
Oh look, in the foreground below us on the right; there is a hospital. St. Erasmo specialized hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedic surgery.
Getting close to the green hill beside the lake, it’s where the old town is located.
That looks like an amazing place to fly an airplane to and visit
We’ll fly around and look closer.
In the foreground is: Monastery complex “St. Clement and Pantaleymon”. The thicker castle walls belong to Самуилова твърдина. (Samuel’s fortress)
They call this the Church in honor of the merciful Panteleimon.
And here’s Samuel’s Fortress
The Holy Mother of God Perivleptos church, and the port in the background, very picturesque.
I’ll try to get a photo of the hospital we saw earlier, as we return to the airport.
